This will fix all the comment spam as it would popup a random comment each time. You can add/change/remove all of the comments, you can make them about Podcasting.
Especially about something a DSC listener would know…
The best anti spam tool for Wordpress is Akismet (it is from the makers of Wordpress and included in the 2.0 version).
Since I am using Akismet not one single spam comment has slipped through!
Why don’t you install some kind of image verification system for WordPress? (you know, that “tell-me-what-text-you-see-in-this-image”-thing)

I personally use my own comment spam plugin which for the past couple of weeks has worked flawlessly.
The only problem with these systems is that the captcha system makes it next to impossible for blind people to post, unless there’s some kind of audio representation of the link. So if Adam comes up with a comment spam solution, please make sure that *everyone* can use it.
