Is that your idea of an audio comment CSB ? Only a repetition of your comment stated on DSC 344. What i did like was your entry from the Homosexual scene in Poland ,it must be Quite an honour for you as the Pesident of Wloclaweks Gay community to promote yourself.

Could I just point out that Roger is a star whereas CSB is just barking mad.
Adam, in today’s show you asked whether Roger’s column in issue 2 of Podcast User was simply a screen grab of his site. I guess I should be flattered that you couldn’t tell the difference.
I tried all sorts of designs for the column, non of which worked properly. Then it came to me. Roger is a brand, so I thought it only right to set out his thoughts in the context which readers are used to seeing them. So, with Roger’s permission, I recreated his site as closely as possible, to the extent that if you click on his Skype Me icon in the column, Skype will place a call to him.
Roger’s content is written specifically for the magazine and long may it continue…

You once again talked about how you’d like to see pictures of dead soldiers carried by the media. It sounded like something you are passionate about. I have a suggestion for you. There are plenty of videos available on the Internet of soldiers being killed. These are professionally produced by Al Qaeda for propoganda and training reasons. Since you are part of the media, you can easliy find these and put together a video podcast. Maybe do it as a countdown show. The top 5 soldiers killed or something like that. While I certainly wouldn’t be a viewer, I’m sure there are plenty of people world wide who would be interested in such a show.
On closing, I just have to wonder what the world would look like today if video from Omaha Beach or Iwo Jima were broadcast shortly after they happened.

CSB : I normally prefer to ignore you because, to be honest, you rarely make sense to me and never seem to have anything positive or useful to say, but I just have to comment on this.
Does your hypocrisy know no limits? You slander and libel Adam constantly. You attack him in the most abusive ways for the most childish of reasons. “Mommy, mommy, that mean old Adam didn’t play MY comments!” Well you know what? You’re not special. He has no obligation to play your comments. He has no obligation to play ANYONE’S comments. It’s not about free speech because he isn’t stopping you from making your own podcast. You have NO rights to his time, effort, or to be heard on his podcast. You want your comments played? Play them on your own podcast. If he tried to stop you from having your own podcast, I would be on your side. He doesn’t though. You just attack him for not giving in to your every whim.
I truly do hope you are foolish enough to sue him, and that he decides to counter sue. It would be amusing to hear you whine about having lost your suit and having lost his countersuit. It would also be ironic, since you’ve attacked him for his legitimate lawsuit against that magazine. His copyright was violated, his daughter was endangered and you attacked him for fighting back, accused him of attacking freedom of speech. Guess what? You haven’t been wronged like he was, and you’re threatening the very action you condemned, only you’re threatening it without reason.
You can’t have it both ways. Do you believe in free speech, or are you just a whiny, lying, hypocritcal jerk? Take a moment to step back and look at your own behavior. Is that the way a good, honorable man acts? Be honest with yourself even if you won’t be honest with me or the others who comment here. Are you man enough to discuss it rationally, or will you just result to being childishly abusive the way you usually do?

He slanders me on podcasts irreversibly by airing name-calling me (I am not stalker, I must just commenter) and it is not comparable to commenting here – he can remove any comments and has full control over them, but I have no control over his slander… and besides: less than 1% of DSC listeners are reading this freakin’ comments anyway.
Christine: I got over demanding playing of my audio comments – I know that AdamC is very very selective and publishes only those comments that are super-positive about him or praise him indirectly or that don’t place any doubt about his businesses with Ron Bloom. In other words: if Adam C says “OK, I agree to make interview with you CSB” then I can meet him at neutral territory and interview him (about mobile phones only, not other topics) but otherwise I am not going to go anywhere near him without permission and not going to send him any audio comments. The audio comment in this podcast was explicitly requested by AdamC and that’s why I sent it – otherwise I am not going to.
I demand that Adam Curry: a) will apologize to me publicly on his podcast for calling me ’stalker’ – this is mean, uncalled for and simply not true, b) not call me ’stalker’ again (he can call me “friend”, “fan” or “commenter” instead),… that’s it.

As for his ‘calling you a stalker’ being slander… A. He clarified his meaning with the word, so you have no issue for complaint. He was very clear and specific and you definitely meet the conditions of the term as he defined it. B. Let me introduce you to a thing called a “dictionary”. One definition of the term stalker is “One who follows or observes (a person) persistently, especially out of obsession or derangement.” It does not specify that this must be in person or that you must go to their home. You qualify as a stalker of Adam Curry under that definition. You may not like it, but it is a fact. Being abusive and whiney won’t change that.
